Locking Nuts

There are many different styles of lock nuts, which are primarily used to resist loosening when vibration and torque are present. DABS has the capabilities to produce custommetal lock nuts to precise customer specifications for aerospace and space vehicles, heavy truck, construction equipment, farm machinery, mining, and piston rod nuts for the hydraulic cylinder industry.
All custom metal locknuts can be manufactured to thread sizes 0.500″ to 6.000″.
DABS can manufacture and thread roll custom lock nuts similar to NYLOCK®, Long-Lok and MIL-F-182480E self-locking threaded fasteners.
